The itchio page for Easy Tile Mapper is already available. Easty Tile Mapper (ETM from now) is the tile editor fo Adventure Weaver relased as an standalone program. From this point ETM and Adventure Weaver will have different roadmaps but they will probably share lots of things. 

Things that will share:

• Bug fixes and editor performance tweaks
• Interface improvements
• New tile mapping capabilities I have already a couple of ideas that it will be cool to have
• Level map improvements that doesn't collide with easy usability to make games in AW. Complex and open level design systems will remain in ETM and AW will have a more limited ones (example tile collision)

Things that wont share

• New exporting platforms; ETM will provide more platforms support with the time but AW wont be focus on that, but the export scripter will be improved with community suggestions so community will be able to do them
• Tile Collision system: ETM will remain with its current system but AW will have a more limited one to focus on easy game development
• Visual code and UI designer will be exclusive for AW
• More specific platform support, example game maker tile maps will be supported in the future if comunity ask for it but in AW wont

Final target of ETM is to provide a powerful but open game dev tool while AW wants to be something more easy  and straightforward, if its not totally needed to use a system in a exported dev tool it wont have support for it (at least initially). Both tools will evolve differently but will benefit from the development of the other.
